Why I am here? What is the meaning of my present life?
What is the purpose of life in this planet?
These are some of the questions we all would have had at some point of time
or the other. The reason for such question is very simple and easy to
understand. We are unable to connect ourselves with the whole scheme of things
in the universe. It is our inability to relate ourselves with universe that
leads to these kinds of confusing questions, which are very difficult to
answer, especially with that kind of mind set and thinking pattern. Let’s
unravel few easier ways that we could connect to the universe in a simple
understanding.
There
are five forces in at play which creates and sustains life in this planet. They
are

Everyone
could easily understand the importance of water, the life giving force on this
planet, “Water – Elixir of life”, opt words to stress the importance of
water. Now the question is what’s the link between Water, Us and the Universe?
Our planet is called blue planet, because 66.67% of our planet composed of water. This is the only planet in the entire universe that contains liquid water, we know of as on date. We could sense that water is essential force, to sustain life on this planet. So uniqueness of water in this planet, establishes the link between Water and Universe.
Scientific
study & knowledge about human body shows that human body consists of more
than 60% water. Maintaining water level with in our human body is very
important to regulate body functions. Dehydration is something which is we
could feel & relate to, the reduction in fluid levels in our body, which at
times leads to death. This is the link between us and the universe. The force
of water is well within our sense perception, it is being part of our day to
day life.
Water
therapy could help us to treat few life style based medical condition such as
constipation, blood pressure & heart stroke. These medical conditions are
acquired over a period of time, due to unhealthy practices and misusing our
body in unwanted ways. There are plenty of ways to improve health.
Another life style based health condition is blood pressure which can be regulated to greater extent by taking two glasses of water after bath. This helps to regulate our bloody fluid balance, here again it depends on how well the person able to back it up with healthier life style or habit patterns.
People could avoid heart stroke during middle of the night by taking two glasses of water, just before going to bed.
